Yep, I used to race my Mercury Marauder there. Ran 11.98 in 1/4 mile in cold air, low 12's all day. Look up "Defyant Maruader". There are posts and videos out there if your interested. Sadly I mainly posted on Streetfire.net when that was a thing. Its gone and my content with it. Fun car with room for carseats and full trunk for family stuff. I refused to have a minivan lol! Regrettably, sold it. These days I mess with the 2019 Bullitt and an old '55 Ford.

I loved my 2004 Marauder. I worked for Ford at the time. My previous car was a Jag XJR. The sticker on the Marauder was 1/3 the sticker on the Jag; but, Marauder was twice the car.

True story, I was able to drive a prototype for the second gen Marauder that never was. Massive 20" meats with Brembos at all 4 corners. The powertrain was the recently shelved Lightning 5.4L 2V SOHC Supercharged. Retuned springs/shocks. What a sweet ride. I swear it was killed because they didn't want Mercury to make that much money, what a shame.
