CD changer wont eject...owners manual?

Hi all, I just bought a 98 Expedition and I am new to this forum. I have looked over the forums all ready and was needing a little help. I bought it on ebay. I think I got a really good deal, but there are a few things I cant figure out. First of all, the cd changer wont eject. It cycles through something, but it just wont eject. Anyone know what a simple fix? I would look in the owners manual, but I dont have one. So, second part of my question is does anybody know where I can get an owners manual? Maybe on the net and just download it? All help is appreciated.

For the manuals, you can try the following:

1) This Ford website has a lot of great info, and you can download the manuals. Unfortunately, it only goes back to '99, but '97 thru '99 were basically the same:

2) Try ebay. Folks are always selling manuals there:

3) Finally, this is the ultimate website for anyone needing original OEM manuals. Just drill though the links to get any number of manuals. Actually, this is where I got my owners manuals for my '98 EB when I bought it used.:

As for the CD changer, I always have been able to depress the button and the CD cartridge will eject....you are opening up the access door I hope????

Thanks for the reply rwinch. Yes, I have the access door open. Wont do anything. Thanks for the info on the owners manuals too. I am going there now to check it out.
