code P2112 Expedition 2015

hello there Everybody
When checking by OBD2 , the result is this code P2112
Does that mean the throttle needs change?
Or just cleaning is enough?
also
After cleaning does It need to be reprogramed?
Is that difficult? Is it possible doing it my self?

My 2016 just did this a little while ago. I bought a new throttle body from a local parts store for $100, it took 10 minutes to swap them out. It's an easy job if you've worked on cars before.
I took the old one apart, the teeth on the gears were fine, the TB and blade were clean, it most likely was a failure of the integrated throttle body sensor, but the fix is to replace the entire throttle body.

It also makes me wonder
Why Ford company does not increase the trust of its customers instead of making such dangerous manufacturing lapses?

in my country..
replacing cost is nearly 320$

Hi 4 all my expedition 2016
I had the same problem we cleaned twice, but not solved the problem but i changed it and solved the problem. about 3 month ago

It's actually a very big problem
I have not heard or read about them in other car brands
Loyalty to Ford Expedition is high I have had previous experience for Expedition 2009 xlt
But this loyalty began to shake
Such a problem in throttle
The sudden down of the engine is very dangerous and may result in death due to an accident

This is very dangerous, but I changed it because it needed to turn off the engine and start the engine again. It costs to me 68$
I changed it in my home with out programming because i sent my vin number

I mean when I changed throttle body it's whorked some time need to program the throttle body to fits with car
