I have a 2017 XLT. About a year ago, the passenger foot well stopped getting warm when the heat is on, and now all I get is a cold breeze down there. Is there a blend door in that location that's broken? Has anyone else had this issue?

Do you hear a clicking sound when adjusting temperature? The passenger side blend door actuator is the easier one to replace.

No, I don't hear a clicking. And in fact, the correct temp air is always blowing into the foot well, warm or hot, at least when I'm parked, so I'm now wondering if this is a problem with the inside/outside air blend door?

I would check the door seal, they shrink over time and can let outside air in.
