Deer Hunting 2018 Style

I left the house at 5:00am Monday morning for opening day of the 2018 South Carolina rifle season for deer.
Still in town in a very developed area and in front of a CVS pharmacy I hit a deer! Going about 35MPH at the time.
Insurance estimate $3000 after my $100. deductible.
This is my third deer by this vehicle. Thank goodness USAA has understanding.




Plus Both head lights.

Third deer? Have you considered getting an Iron Bull bumper? Maxxed out with options of the shredder guard & shackles it's about $2400. I haven't gone against any deer but I have had someone decide they needed the lane to my right "right now!" & pit maneuvered themselves on the highway. Saved my paint, fender, headlight, bumper, fog & potentially any goodies under those components not to mention the body shop trip & phone calls with insurance companies.
