I am a new owner of a Eddie Bauer Expedition and wanted to know if there is a way to disable the driver seat from moving back each time the engine is turned off. I know that this feature is beneficial to some but not for me.

Thanks:reddevil:

It is a 2006 and I looked in the manual with no luck. I was hoping there was a way to disable it.

FYI: I was able to disable the auto seat and also the power locks. It was in the computer which you can turn on or off features. Now my seat no longer moves upon entering/exiting and the doors do not lock automatically when driving.

Disable Auto Drivers Seat Movement

I just did it on our 2008 Expedition EL, it's in the computer as a selection called "Easy Entry" you can just turn it to <OFF> and the seat no longer moves back when the key is removed. The auto Lock and Unlock features we also items in the computer you can individually set to <ON> or <OFF>
