So today for the first time, my fan isnt blowing? Temp control disply looks normal but when I turn fan up or use Auto setting no fan blows. I tried all settings, high temp, low temp. AC on AC off. Nothing. Rear still works fine.

As you see from the image attached. Fan is turned all the way up but nothing.

I replaced the blend door actuator a couple months back (the one behind the radio) and all was working well.

Any thoughts on where to start looking/troubleshooting?

09 Limited Max.

Thanks

See if you can get someone to read the codes to see if it shows anything, without that check the fuses with multi meter and check the blower module on the blower and the wiring to it. Those would we the things that I would look into.

Do you have a mode switch somewhere?

Simpler trims like SSV and XLT have a fans-off mode in which AC and blower controls dont do a damn thing

It is obvious from your picture that you have the DATC controls. (automatic)
Can you read and understand wiring diagrams?
Do you have a multi-meter so you can test the circuits?
The following are items that need to be checked.

The blower motor is inoperative — DATC
Fuse(s)
Circuitry short/open
Blower motor relay
A/C blower motor
HVAC module
A/C blower motor speed control
BJB
GO to Pinpoint Test R .

You guys fixed it! This morning I started the truck and fan blows as per normal. I'm sure that probably not the end of this but curious to know your thoughts on how that changes what to troubleshoot considering this off then on scenario. Probably makes the problem harder to find until it quits again?

thanks

intermitting problems are always harder to find but not impossible.

Keep an eye on it and let us know if it happens again.

If it does you may want to disconnect the connector at the motor and see if you have 12 volts at that connector

Being you replaced the blend door actuator it could be a loose connection. Youm may want to check out the connectors for looseness or maybe a bent pin
