From chrome to black

I dig it. Changes the whole look of the truck. I would get the chrome under the windows blacked out if you plan on keeping it. Did that with my Navi when I got black wheels for it.

I'm taking them off...its cold here and I haven't bought a heat gun yet...might see if autozone will rent it out...I have to take the tailgate handle off as well...doors are off and will black out the grill soon

I forgot the Expeditions come black. The Navis come chrome and I have them vinyl wrapped black.

I'm partial to chrome wheels if we're talking strictly for looks. For my own personal vehicle, I prefer something like polished aluminum as they seem to hold up better. I like black wheels on some black vehicles and with a little machined aluminum/chrome/something to provide a little contrast.

yeah that's what i'd do too...but chrome instead of polished...I would never do murdered out solid black like my wheels are now...im going to remove the spray on the rivets and that will prob be it...the next rims I get will be completely painted though to go with the scheme of the truck...green/black or black/green
