My OEM rotors warped. I have had them turned a couple of times, both times the mechanic said that he could turnthe warp out. Worked for a little while, but I am pretty sure I need to replace the rotors.

I am not looking for high performance and I am not hard on brakes.

Any suggestions for rotors that are better at not warping than others?

Thanks!

Once a rotor is turned, it is more prone to warping. As far as something other than stock rotors, I don't have any experience with any aftermarket ones. I have heard good things about Rotorpros.com on other Ford boards though.

My original plan was to go with Brembo blanks on all 4 wheels with Hawk LTS pads all over. This is the place where I've found them the cheapest for an 03 Expedition.

I've also heard of rotorpros, I'm just worried about cracking with their drilled rotors. When I was quoted, slotted and drilled cost the same as only slotted. 275 if I remember correctly for all 4 rotors.

There are some people who say that the Carquest Blue line is cheap and pretty good. I see you are from Orlando. I think there's a Carquest on Aloma (google it for more specific directions.)

What I'm looking now is a pretty cheap place that does quality work. Or, even better, learn how to do it myself. :)
