Well guys,
I'm selling the Expedition, need to upgrade to a 3/4-ton tow vehicle.

It was a tough decision, she's been my baby for a long time. But after 10 years/140K miles, it's time to upgrade to something newer.

This is a great site, and it seems to be on a roll...more new folks, lots more posts.

I'm looking at 3/4-ton Crew Cab 4x4 turbodiesels, either late-model used Chevy/GMC or Dodge.

Or a new Ford 6.4....but not a used one, because the 6.0 was crap, and there are very few low-mileage, older 7.3s available.

Just cause you are getting rid of the expy doesnt mean you have to leave

My parent's 2001 7.3 is at 45k miles, too bad it's not for sale

But seriously, you don't have to leave. I'm sure you can still provide valuable information.

$6K is the highest offer I got.
Need to make room, so it's gotta go...I odn't want to dicker around trying to eek a few grand more.

I'll still be by, I'm sure. I like this site.
Plus I need to post pics of the new truck somewhere!
