Just paid the Dealer $125.00 ; they failed to get clock and / or Maps-GPS-Navibation to re-set . The battery had lost all power (my fault as I left a light on} . New Battery installed . Still no clock or GPS . Disconnected battery for 1 hour . No solution . Dealership checked Codes etc ; no re-set .Now what ? New Antenna , new GPS unit , new Clock ...?? Could it be a re-chargeable small battery which keeps Time on clock accurate when main 12 V Car Battery is changed ? Puzzled .

As I get this together it would help to know if you have, or do you know how to do a hard reset on the system? Do you know how to do a soft reset? Do you know how to get to the embedded system screens, or access the THIRD series of screens on the system? Can you please shoot me a photo of your system with the system on in its normal standby mode where you have the tiles at the bottom of the screen for Audio, Climate, Phone, Nav, and Settings?
