How do I remove this without breaking it?

Hey, folks. Sorry for being so ignorant, but I’m having to do some work on my power moon roof, and have to remove the headliner to do it. My 2002 Expedition Eddie Bauer has this little switch/light cluster in the very front center of the cabin, and I need to take it off to get the headliner to come loose. I’ve looked all over it for screws, and there don’t appear to be any. I then thought that it might just snap on there some how, but that doesn’t seem like the way either, because it’s REALLYtight on there. I don’t want to break it, because I doubt seriously that I’d ever be able to find a new one to replace it with. Can anyone help me with some intel about this? Many thanks, in advance!

Had an '04, and it went something like this... grab it firmly from the rear, and pull straight down. Not too hard, as there is a wiring harness that you don't want to rip it away from. Check it out here... https://youtu.be/-lHsnraDLbk?si=wTliykumUi6yX_Jl
