how do i take rear wiper arm off

We got an expedition a couple months ago and trying to get it running right and fix its problems. The rear wiper arm is stuck up on the back window at the very bottom of it and was wondering how to take it off and how can I test to see if wiper motor any good? Thanks

Does anyone know that can tell me how I can take off to fix it?

Ok, I figured it out... Just pop off the black plastic cover and there's a nut under there.
