Left LED tail light

2020 Max Limited, Left LED tail light assembly will not flash when left turn signal applied.
The LED unit light up bright and the Four center LED bulbs come on but dose not flash.
Front LED Amber flash good, Not the back ???
Right side work find.

Any ideas or is this a warranty item ?

Sounds like a faulty turn signal relay. Warranty fix.
