When I got in my truck this afternoon, I hit the scroll button on my steering wheel to look at my tire pressures on my display and it wouldn’t pull up. I went to the menu to customize “my view” and the option is completely gone. It was there this morning.

I have a ‘22 with the 15 inch screen. I have the all digital display that I think is specific to sync 4a. Anybody else have this happen? It’s bizarre, and I checked to see if I got any updates today and I haven’t.

It’s now magically back in had tried restarting. Guess it was just a glitch
It's the battery. Check the charge state and health. When mine started going (bear in mind the vehicle is only 2.5 years old), the first indicator was those screens along with my radar detector saying "low batt" when the start-stop would kick on.
New battery about 3 months ago, both those issues went away.

Mine did that also, there's a module that doesn't boot in time, so the tier 2 screens (tire pressure, boost gauge (or trans temp), any of the off road screens, etc.) they won't show up.

I have had that issue in the past as the OP where the My View screen is not there and no option to add it. A re-start of the vehicle brought the screen option back in My View so chalked that up to computer glitch. I have also had to have my battery changed at around 25,000 miles under warranty and the main symptom was that I would loose my, My View screen choices and I would have to go into MyView and reselect them.
