Yea I'm coming from a 23' and to me its night and day. I love my25 in some ways that I can't explain over the last expy.

The cons listed on that review:
  • Awkward steering wheel
  • Oddball ergonomics
  • Split tailgate blocks trunk access for short people
1. Steering wheel feels really good in your hands and I actually like being able to see the speed etc not through that damn wheel itself

Honestly, it feels like it's being nitpicked for things that once you settle in to daily driving, become a non-issue. In every new car you have to re-learn where the buttons, dials, and switches are. And most everything has an automatic setting that once you set, you forget. It just seems like a big deal is being made over things that become a non-issue over time.

The steering wheel is actually more comfortable for me than a traditional wheel, and the split hatch was a big selling point for us. Both my wife and I greatly prefer the '25 to the '24 interior.

I think this is because they dnt do long term tests on all their vehicles, and since there jumping into new vehicles every day, its harder to get accustomed to very specialized controls. I will say, even just test driving them, the only thing my wife and I didnt care for was the touch pads. However, if ford added indents to them, it would solve many issues people ha e with them. Lastly, I dnt understand the steering wheel critique as a lot of new cars have non circle steering wheels. Is it because the expy is a truck and it doesnt add to the truck like feel? Also, one of the things we liked the most was the fact that when you have circle wheels and the tack screen right behind it, you cant see all the Info in the display. We felt that way for the armada and tahoe. The way the dash is set up in the expy is greatly superior.
