muffler?

whats the best muffler? my uncle wants me to get a glasspack but idk if i want a flowmaster xtream 44

I just had a Y put on mine and am running 2 1/4 duals out the back with no mufflers and I love it! I am probably going to remove the back 2 cats this summer, but I am not sure how the muffler would sound, and I am not a big fan of glasspacks. What ever you choose, your not out much if you don't like it, and there are lots of different clips on youtube.

i was told when i got my muffler on that i'd have to replace the glasspack after a while...so i didnt do it...i'm not changing every 3-4 yrs...the next thing i do with my exhaust is what WHO did...fab the second pipe to LOOK like duals...

i like my bullet. sets off car alarms with out a tip. i wonder how loud it would be with a tip. but my dads heep has glasspacks. he havent had them on in a while, but its loud with them. 304 with headers and dual glasspacks exiting out under the seats. so cool!

I am running flowmaster 40s and love them to death... used to only run straight pipe but now married with a kid had to tone it down a little.... but when you romp on her it is just as loud as straight pipes.... but cruising and idle is a lot quieter

I think lots of people classify us as rednecks and walnuts with our jacked up loud a$$ suvs, but I don't take any offense to that, so its ok with me

im trying to decide on what muffler. my excursion is straight piped and i love it. but i want something alittle less scary to traffic around me.

thinking of going lightning style on the expy. exit before the rear tire. like i did on my explorer.

Im cuban and this is my first lifted truck. The first time my dad saw the expedition, in a scarface voice he said "what is that redneck shit in your driveway"

I always laugh especially considering Im 29 and have never has his taste for euopean/exotic

im running spintech catback exhaust di/so. i love mine. it sounds great. just wish i was able to do true duals like my 97 expy.

i was looking at my bosses laptop cuz it was "running slow" and no shit he had an internet explorer shortcut labeled enter-net, i busted him out infront of everybody at work (were very cruel and rag on each other at work all day everyday)and i clicked on it just as a joke and he asked me why are you trying to get on the internet my wireless isnt plugged in. i was in tears i was laughing so hard!
