i had that happen with my explorer once. i threatened them with legal action. he then paid me for the pic and i gave him the right to use that one pic.

Granted, if you wanted to really mess with him, you talk with someone with some legal background and have some "court papers" drawn up and then send them to the seller and see what happens. I'm sure you will get their attention really fast. Then you can say "how are you going to right this wrong?" and see what they say.

mine was for a set of headlights, we agree'd on the price of a set of headlights plus shipping costs. so i think i made about $320 all said and done on that deal. in return i sent him the full size pic and a signed letter agreeing he could use that ONE pic.
