Need Help Identifying This Connector

Guys

I have just finished swapping out the plugs and have started to button everything up again. I have found this cable which I am pretty sure I didn't disconnect. Problem is I don't know where it should go. There appears to be two options.
1) a pipe coming out of the rocker cover (This pipe is blocked - not sure if it should be.) - See pic
2) a vacuum bulb on the back of the firewall.

Any help will be appreciated.

It's the vacuum supply line for your hot water valve, the second picture in your stack of pictures. It's commonly knocked off when changing sparkplugs. Just reconnect it to the hot water valve and you're good to go. With it disconnected you will find that your dash air vent airflow goes to the defrost vents under acceleration.

It's called the heater control valve. If you have the manual A/C you can block it to get heat when it's on recirculate (max A/C). I just did this to mine.

If you have automatic temp control there's no reason to leave it disconnected.

Also need help...

Was looking under my hood today, and noticed this hose I am holding. Could not find a place to fit it. Anyone who knows what it is, and where I should connect it? My car is a 2003 Ford Expy 5,4l EB. Situated just below the power steering reservoir.
