So my 97 4.6 with manual hvac does not blow from the floor vents at all only defrost, I checked all the vacuum lines I could find by the battery and none seem to be broken.
Yesterday I was going through some snow piles and then parked the truck in autozones parking lot and when I was walking back I noticed some hoses hanging out underneath I was able to figure out where the vacuum lines went but there is one I can not figure out where it goes. It is too short to reach the fire wall and was much thicker than the 2 vacuum lines were but it seemed to be connected to the same branch (plastic wrapped casing) as the 2 vacuum lines, someone suggested it may be a breather line for the front diff but I want to be sure.
