Hi, getting bilsteins installed on all 4 corners at the end of the week. Looking to go up about 2.5” in front and about 1.5” in the back. Which ring are those with the same lift at in the front with your bilsteins? I am installing f150 4x4 bilstein up front and expeditions in the rear. I know max setting in rear gets me 1.5” but unsure of how to proceed in the front. Will just be running stock UCA for now

I would definitely recommend the bottom level to start, and really only use the other positions if adding weight to the car to compensate for sag.

4WD pushes the limits of the axles and CV's (at a minimum). If 2WD, then there is less to worry about to try and go higher.

I was thinking about going to the second clip from the bottom and max height for the rears. Should give me about 2.5”-2.75” in front after settling. Does this sound feasible? Im 2wd btw and also running a brush guard up front

I have the same bilstein setup on my 2018 fx4 expedition. Mine are set to lowest setting in front and highest in rear. Sits near perfect level.

Did you ever finish your install? I just had a shop swap out the front Expy Bilsteins for the F150's and only gained a 1/2 inch in height at the lowest setting. Did you try the 2nd or higher?
