Wow, only day #2 with our 2026 Expedition Active and it's quite a machine! I'm very interested in 'everything towing' for our 34 ft travel trailer. Sounds like we'll need an empty parking lot to get it all dialed in.

Meanwhile, we're very interested to hear about all the other new owner experiences on 2026's.

Cheers!

We bought a '26 Expedition Platinum Max w/ the Ultimate Package.
Overall I'm extremely pleased but there are some areas of displeasure and needs improvement that I'll first focus on here:
- Window bounce back: I had this same issue with a '24 F-150 Platinum and was beyond disappointed with it happened again with my new vehicle. There's an OTA update being pushed out by FoMoCo "sometime in April" that supposedly will correct this - but it's so unacceptable this is still a problematic issue.
- Tech: overall I'm pleased with the Google platform. It's snappy, quick refresh rate and very intuitive. The Sirius UI, however, needs attention (IMO) as the system defaults with 30 pre-set stations for you to choose, but if I only want 15 of those 30, the remaining 15 are randomly assigned. There isn't a way that I've found to delete a pre-saved Sirius channel.
I'd also like a way to add widgets (like a clock) rather then the small sample they make available.
- Steering wheel: Don't like it, love it. I've read many complaints on it which I'd respectfully disagree. The ergonomics are perfect and the stealth buttons have a learning curve and muscle memory of < 30-seconds. Well done, Ford.
- All weather mats: Highly recommend the OEM all weather mats. Small fortune to purchase (I got them as a "we owe") but they are awesome.

Have my 2026 Max Platinum on order with the Stealth Performance Package. March build date. Still keeping the current 2020 Expy....just replacing my 2018 F-150 Platinum that was totaled. Looking forward to it!

I just my 2026 Platinum Max earlier this month. It is currently at the performance shop getting PPF with a matte finish and ceramic protection. Also getting ceramic tint done to darken windows and add thermal barrier. Lastly adding a front and rear cam. So far very happy. This is much faster than I anticipated for being as large as it is. The technology has works as advertised. The steering wheel is actually I feature I like as well, even I have heard complaints about it online. Still buried in snow so have not had a chance to tow the horse with it yet, but I think it will do very nicely. I have not noticed any shaking at higher speeds which I have also heard about online with the larger wheels. 10/10 would purchase again.
