New in NC with 1999

Just registered and have a question that I don’t see any existing posts on. The original window sticker for my Expedition says (under Optional Equipment) “High Altitude Principal Use - No charge”. Does this mean that the computer was originally programmed differently than the normal settings due to the thinner air at higher altitudes (it began and spent its life in Santa Fe, NM) and if so, should I reprogram it now that it will reside much closer to sea level? Thanks for any insights!

I should add that I just purchased this truck two weeks ago and had it shipped here, so am in the process of going through it with a fine-toothed comb
