I have a noise in my steering like a squeaking at a certain spot. How do I lube this up to stop that?

It may be that a tie rod end or your idler arm needs some grease. I'm sure that there is a grease fitting on the idler arm...., not sure about the the tie rod ends.
I own a '98 Exp and an '04 F150 that sport the same 4.6L. They both have a kinda noisy power steering pump. It may just be something with Ford's power steering that seems a little noisy.

try and locate the sound. Use a friend to have someone turning the wheel and then someone listening for the squeaking so you can locate exactly where it is coming from.
