I've got an opportunity to buy a set of tires and wheels that came from an '06 f150 xlt for a great price. Tires are 255/70-17.
Any issues using these?

The rims will fit any second gen Expy. The tires might have a slightly lower profile than stock. My '06 has 275 70/17, so the ones you found will be narrower and slightly less sidewall as the "70" sidewall height is a ratio of tread width. It all depends what is on your vehicle now though, and what the door jamb says it came with.

Thanks. I have an '03 EB that came with P265/70 R17.
If my research is correct, if I wanted to go to an 18" wheel, I'd want to use a P275/60 R18?
And would a Chevy 6-lug wheel fit?
Sure would be cool if there was some doc on tires and wheels.

chevy, toyota, dodge rims will not fit they are 6x139.7mm(5.5in) while the ford is 6x135(5.31). If you google lug patterns or other rim info(offset, etc) plenty of information will come up. here is a site that explains alot about wheels/rims
