Oil in Air Filter

Hi,
3rd gen Expy with 124k miles on it.
I have notice some oil on the Air filter every time i go for an oil change.
I have repalced the filter every time.
Is this normal?
I looked up the symptoms. Either blown piston rings or pcv valve.
The engine does not burn oil as the level remains the same between changes. Synthetic oil every 6k miles.
I suspect the PCV valve at this stage.

That would the cheapest thing to try, for sure. Next thing is full compression test.

With no oil loss noticed, I'd look at pcv. It may be just kinda bummed up some. They can usually be cleaned but they're cheap so worth throwing in a new one.
