Plastic piece behind third row seats

Looks like you could pull the cloth/carpet back on the loose piece and drill out the rivets. Then rivet it back together and stick the carpet back down.

Had same issue, used some short sheet metal screws ...... worked well, and wont break like those cheap plastic inserts. Quality is no longer job 1 at ford, thats for sure.
