I'm having a bit of a different problem with my 2002 Navigator, but still definitely the power pedal assembly being the problem. The accelerator is where it should be, but the brake pedal is WAY high. I got under the dash and found that the gas pedal is adjusted all the way to the bottom, and the brake pedal is adjusted all the way to the top, except for like 1/4" of travel. Like, the brake pedal will be all the way at the top, and the gas pedal will be 1/4" up from the bottom, and then I adjust the pedals down and now the gas pedal's all the way at the bottom but the brake pedal's 1/4" from the top. If I could manage to adjust even one of them manually to set them at the same height, it feels like this problem would be solved. Has anybody found any guides online on how to do something like this?
