Rattling Noise

2006 Expedition XLT 5.4L V8 Hello, I am now experiencing a rattling noise when I accelerate and it also rattles when I release off the gas pedal. (When it warms up not so much) Today I was in the Burger King line and it started rattling pretty hard (felt like the engine because the car was shaking) at idle but when I drove off it went away. I’m only worried cause I just got my truck running again. Could it be a 2WD or 4WD issue? Anything will help thanks in advance

What mode are you operating in when the rattling occurs (2WD, AWD, 4WD, or 4L)?
