Back from my first alignment with my '97 expedition. I have seen a couple threads asking about the steering wheel being off center and I have also asked about it. if you go to a good alignment shop they can fix it after the initial alignment check. from what I observed the tech turned the wheel straight (in my case this moved the wheels to the left quite noticeably) then he adjusted the wheels via the tie rod adj until they were both where they needed to be.
hopefully this answers it for you
also, to any one unfamiliar with this truck as I was, ford did not put any factory alignment adjustments in during production, I was quoted 165 (parts/labor) to have the camber adjusters installed but I already had them in place (yay prev owner) so be ready for that
anyhow, be safe and happy fathers day weekend everyone.
