Rear Automatic tailgate issue

Ford Expedition Platinum 2016 50,000 miles
My tailgate open 80% all support has been change (there are three)
Try to reset but still only open 80%- I need to push it up to fully open
remove fuse
unplug battery
Close the tailgate manually. Open the tailgate using the tailgate handle switch and allow it to fully open
but nothing work

support change-- no longer fall down and hit me

Try this,
Open liftgate. After it stops push liftgate up rest of the way to where it should open to.
When you put the lift gate at the height you want, hold the button on the lift gate until you hear a chime. After you hear the chime shut the lift gate with the remote and it should be reset. You have to hear the chime to verify it changed settings.

I agree with @Yupster Dog - what he says or something very similar. These vehicles give you a way to program your liftgate to not open fully, so that - for example - you can use the auto open function in your garage without having to stop it each time before it hits your garage door header.
