Rear bumper question

I searched the forum already and found instructions for the entire rear bumper cover removal, but is the lower piece removable? Mine was a bit janky when I bought it and it's driving me nuts now so I want to get it properly aligned.. Thank you in advance.

The lower cover is not removable. There is a small center cover that will hide your hitch that’s all.

looks like you probably could pull the lower plastic cover out a little and get the clips realigned and should be back to normal

only plastic pop rivets hold it on, 12 of them.
