I have a 2003 EB Expedition. The rear wiper motor is constantly wiping every 10 seconds and acts as if it is stuck on the INT1 setting. If I change to the INT2 setting, it will wipe every 4 seconds. If I set the rear wiper switch to the OFF setting, it keeps wiping every 10 seconds.

I took off the rear panels to access the rear wiper motor. I disconnected the connectors and reconnected a few times thinking it is a bad connection. No change.

Could this be a bad switch? Could this be a bad motor assembly? Which part should I order?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Probably the multi-funtion swith...the whole blinker arm. I know on my 99 F150 and one of my 99 Expeditions that would happen with the windshield wipers. I bought a switch off Ebay and it fixed it.
