Replacing/Reparing Rear Door Hinges

The door hinges on both rear doors on my 97 Expy do not want to hold in the open position even on very slight incline. It doesn't look like they would be easily replaced/repaired. I don't see a hinge pin per se with clips that could be removed and it looks like the hinge is welded to the door and if I recall correctly riveted to the body.

Has anyone ever tried to repair or replace them? I searched and didn't find any matching threads. Also checked via google search and on youtube with out success.

I am in the same boat with my expy, I just jam a flat blade screw driver in the part that compresses the rubber block to keep it open.
