Could I ask for some of you guys to post pictures of your rides IF You've got a stock suspension Expedition on 33's or 34's, no lifts for the purposes of this thread please. Thanks! Much appreciated!

No offense Panda, I think I want something a little bigger. Yours just seem to look small for whatever reason? I'd like something a little thicker. You're on a stock rim?

yeah im on stock! i dont blame you. im on 32s. and hell i got paid for those tires. bought them with rims for $200 and sold the rims for $400. haha so i cant complain that much. but i do need wider rims and tires. but poppa does have 16x8 rims and 33s. looks good.

Aaaw Panda... That's probably the fifth time you've heard that this week. At least this time they are talking about your tires :D

Can I ask why you decided to go to a 16 instead of stay with 17?

I'm not who you are asking, but I'm gonna guess his answer is the same reason I went with 16's. The choices for tires/rims, and prices are endless for 16's compared to 17's. Plus smaller rim = more rubber and more sidewall.

Hey that looks pretty good actually!

I have some stock rims that are 17, and I kinda like them… I dont know why… Was thinking about just throwing some nice 34's on them, no lift.

Can I ask why you decided to go to a 16 instead of stay with 17?

i believe that 16 inch rims have a better selection of tires and they cost less maybe

well the 5x135 bolt pattern is coming less and less available so its hard to find anything. so we're limited. but lemme know how the rocky mountains handle and work off road. just curious. they dont warranty the size i want.

285/75/16 on factory 16's. Suspension is stock. No twist, no spacers, and no rubbing.

Because I already had them on my Ranger. and what Lane said.

love the rims! wonder who else has them? have you ever had that cap on the center cap come off? that circle thing? mine did. idk where it went. rotated the tires and its not where i put it so it fell off. haha i just gotta paint there i guess. i know off topic.
but 33s. will not rub with out a lift if your 4wd. 2wd you do need a lift. 34 wont rub with a 2" lift and 35s will rub a little with a 2" lift.

Never had a problem with any of my center caps... YET. I was considering painting mine too, but they just didnt seem rock-chipped/ dinged up enough yet to justify it I guess.

i have a weird thing in my head where if i get something in there i want to do it ASAP! and i wanted to paint my wheels so i did it! haha took about a week to do it all since i did it with out my parents knowing. idk why i did that though! haha but i had a junk yard wheel since my expo was in an accident. and it looked bad so i did it. the center caps are the only thing holding the paint good though. since my wheels are chipping to get the center caps off with a screw driver. i need to redo them anyways. i recommend using a wire cup brush to get all the "chrome" off. make sure the wheels are a nice grey color. it helps for the primer to stick. and it has! the paint is chipping not the primer. haha but i didnt allow the paint to cure enough and the clear was crap too! and every time i get new tires they take some paint off with them. so im going to ask them to put the stick on weights on next time.

As Im looking at some of these pictures Im noticing that some of the tire/rims look kinda narrow. Its weird, and it could just be my eye, but it looks to me like the rear tires do not stick out past the fender like the fronts do…??? Im kind of looking for something that goes right to the edge of the fender or just outside of it. Is that a rim change to get that wider look or is it the actual tire. I was looking at some nice 295's, but it seems like the 285's are narrower looking, and obviously the 315's are good…

Hard to tell exactly, the whole wheel well is a bit shadowed out… But the last picture looks good!
