I have a 2016 expedition with 95k miles. The truck will make a rubbing noise at low speeds, especially when decelerating. At first I thought it was the hub assembly so I replaced it with a MOOG part. Same problem so I replaced hub assembly again under warranty. Seemed to get better but still happening. I then went completely through the IWE system. Everything appears in order system holds vacuum, solenoid works, etc.

I'm wondering if this actuator could be bad even though it holds vacuum. Where do I go next?

I'm getting a rubbing sound on my left front when I turn right. Took to shop and they couldn't find anything. Just did a 2000 mile road trip and now it's worse. Going to take it back to the shop or to a different shop.
