1998 EB 5.4 4x4. After driving my truck for 15-30 minutes at a average 60-70 mph truck starts missing, push on accellarator and push the truck a little does away. But when you stop it runs really ruff again put it in neutral push the gas petal and it goes away. Has been doing it for about a month comes and go's. Monday put all new plugs, coil packs and injectors in the truck, also replaced the pvc value hose assembly from the valve cover to the back of the throttle body was in bad shape. Today after a week of perfect driving, started doing it again, went to autozone pulled a P0133 code o2 senser . Could this really be causing the misfire and this problem?

Sounds like a good place to start.

Also, are you sure the COPs are tight? I thought mine were since the bolts were tight but when I checked I noticed I could still move the COPs a little. I snugged them all down further and it helped one of my misfire issues.

A bad o2 sensor can cause all sorts of weird problems. It's a $50 fix.

Of course after I replaced mine, I got a new code that the catalytic convertor on that side is below efficiency.

The o2 sensor bank 1 [passenger side] could be the cause. if that is not effective yur description of the throttle change could also indicate an egr system problem possibly the dpfe sensor.

I've got an issue with my bank one O2 also.
I tried to swap it but it's a bastard to reach on your back.
Gonna do it tomorrow on a lift and we'll see if my shaking and shuddering go's away.

you may also want to clean out the exhaust port in the throttle body
