Passenger tire rubs on my upper ball joint/control arm and the the only one i am having fitment issues on. Was told 315/75/16 are same as 35''s but suspension is stock with no body lift
Something bent?

project x, yes, you will have rubbing issues with your setup. As for the tires hitting the upper ball joint, are you running stock rims? If so, that is your issue there and you are simply just barely missing on the other side. Granted, could also have a little bit of play in the affected side, which is allowing the tire to lean in some and touch the a-arm.
