You would think i got hit hard enough for airbags to deploy but not a single one did. Should know tomorrow the extent of the damages(hoping for a total loss).

I doubt it’s a total loss, especially without airbags. In most states it’s 75% of the value of the car to total it. Even with a new frame you are nowhere near that

Guess it depends on year, mileage, and trim level. I had nowhere near that damage and hit $15,000. I’m going to guess you are gonna be at $25K. Could be close.

The airbags didn’t deploy given the very small overlap. Basically the tire and knuckle took all the impact, sheared off, and the deceleration levels on the body weren’t high enough to deploy the bags.

you know, that actually makes sense and havent thought about it like that. Thank you. Was just upset that nothing, even the passenger side bags did not deploy.

Wife was driving roughly 40mph and driver from aside street pulled out in front of/into her as they were trying to turn left.

2019 Limited with 33k miles.

Im hoping for a total loss at this point, (upgrade to a king ranch) In WA state they use the TLF total loss formula instead of a set percentage.

The problem with totaling it is the INS is going to try and low ball you bad on yours.

Hope it is a loss, it will never be the same. I had an 01 expedition 3 accidents, 2 front 1 side. Airbags didn't deploy once.

I would think a frame is 10k
Plus 4k in labor and another 1k in fluids.

2k in wheel and tire.

8k in bodywork

2k rack opinion

4k in suspension parts

I say about 27k if not 30k

I hope it’s totaled. Frame damage, A/C condenser, intercooler, radiator, frame, body, suspension, wiring, etc. heck, a LED headlight is expensive. Untold hidden damage.
