weird rattleing noise when starting cold!

Hello every one! I just bought my 2000 4x4 expedition last week and luv it! best investment ive made in a while. One thing i cant figure out when i start her when shes cold she makes a rattling noise for just a couple of seconds but once wormed up it goes away. I think its either my catalac coverter or a heat sheild? Has this happened to anyone?
