What Spark Plugs should I run?

What spark plugs do you guys use in your 2nd gen? I have a 2005 and I'm replacing all the plugs. The ones that O'Robberies supplied are completely different design compared to the ones that came out.

I used Motorcraft Spark Plug - SP546X. Installed this April. 2006 XLT. No issues. (I used Autolite HT1 back in 2013 as I didn't trust Motorcraft after 6 of 8 broke coming out. Never had an issue with the Autolites.)

You have the 3-valve 5.4, so the new plug recommended by O’Reillys is wrong. Go back together with Motorcraft plugs, and use nickel anti-seize.
