Is a 2in wheel spacer going to rub front or rear tire wise on 285 60 r18 ??? And do the rear wheels even go into the rear fenders under suspension crunch??? And possibly front im on stock 2wd suspension 2006

Hummm, IIRC, spacers are usually used to move the wheels further out/away from the fender well, to help prevent/minimize rubbing of larger/wider than stock tires...

Did your Expy come stock with 285-60-18's, or is that what you want to put on it ?

Not sure what you mean by "suspension crunch".....is that a reference to compressing the springs more than usual, or lowering everything down below the stock levels ?

But in any case, please be aware that lowering/lifting/widening the suspension will change the entire geometry of the vehicle, which may result in the type of ride that you may or may NOT like...so you would be wise to consider all your options before jumping into any such projects....

2in is a pretty big offset. I'm not clear if you already have these tires on your truck? If you do, you can do something crude like cut a 2x4 to match the diameter of your tire. Turn your wheels both ways and hold the 2x4 on the outside face of your tire in various locations and see if it touches anything. You'll need to mentally eye that extra 1/2" since it's only 1.5" thick. Not sure what you would do to check clearance during jounce. I don't think this tends to be the problem, though. Normally I hear more about rubbing the wheel liners.

As stated above, you probably should consider the changes to ride and handling that you'll feel. You'll primarily be changing the scrub radius. You can look that up and see what is impacted changing this value. The rest of the suspension geometry stays the same, but the forces that act on it are different since you change how the inputs from the road transfer into the suspension.
