Hi all,

Soon to be owner (just need to turn in my trade and sign paperwork, the money issue is all settled) of a 2006 XLT with pretty bare bones as far as options go. Will be looking to add a DVD system.

Anyway, just thought I'd say hello from sunny SE Pennsylvania. Looking forward to many trouble free years as well as ideas on mods, etc. I tow an 18 foot travel trailer on the weekends and this guy should be perfect. Has 72,000 miles on it and is in great shape. The dealer is adding 7 pin wiring and my brake controller from my previous vehicle too so I should be picking up Saturday. I'll have more pics later, but for now, here she is...

Thanks guys. I sooooo wanted an eddie bauer, but it's hard to find one in good shape (and not overpay). My XLT is almost perfect. Had to have an 05-06 because of the upgraded 300 HP engine.

There was a perfect 05 EB that went on sale over the weekend, but it sold before I even found the ad for it. It was on the lot less than a day...

OK, so I ended up backing out of my deal for the 2006 XLT above. It didn't have side curtain airbags, and my wife and I couldn't live with that. Still haven't gotten my deposit back... We'll see.

Here's the one we got. A 2006 Eddie Bauer, fully loaded except for navigation. In very sweet condition with 97K miles on it. We paid just under 11K for it. Sweet...
