Follow up-
Left my truck parked all weekend (coldest so far this year).
Did not drive since Friday at 5PM.
Started this Monday (inside was 37 deg, non headed garage)
NO NOISE at start up.
Only difference was i did NOT start with Defrost on. (AC OFF).
I will try this for a few days...
I have done it for years, on all my cars, but in the past few years i have ran out of time to do it.
I tend to drop it off when i am at work and walk back after work (2 block) and Oil is change, tire rotated,. for $28.
I tend to only keep cars up to 98-99k miles so never been much of an...

I am thinking I have an issue with my Timing chain tensioner. I cannot recall when it started, but in the past few days I get a rattle for 2-3 sec after start-up. I am not sure if this started after the last oil change, or a day or two before.
I called a shop and they told me to re-change...
I have to back into the water where the my exhausted is under water and water is around 15 inch deep at the back, but running boards where only slightly in the water.
I am sure my transmission is ok, but what about the rear axle?
Why, i am guessing a 21 foot boat will tow fiine... speeds are not out of line...
I am just asking if the 87 oct setting is ok, or max tow is best for my needs.
5000 lbs boat and 500 lbs with people and 300 lbs of luggage... should be will under the max a 2011 exp can haul.
