tow haul button in shifter missing

I do not know when or how, but the haul button is missing from my shifter. Has anyone ever seen this before?

button or button cover? yes they have been known to disappear.

2011 with what looks to be just the cover.

If im reading the parts sites right, im pretty sure that the button is included with the shiftknob assembly. I used silverstatefordparts.com and its $35.89 for a 2011 XLT shiftknob. Eddie bauer or limited may be more if different.
