Radiator, how big is too big!
I have an 2001 Expy Eddie Bauer 4x4. My radiator developed a leak so replaced it. The vehicle has A/C, Towing, and other acc so I ordered the HD radiator thinking that's what was in it. To my amazement, when I pulled it out it had a 2 row in it. I had bought a 3 row, figuring bigger is better...- Diggerauditor

01 Expy - 20 Need Heat
No special tools required. Just held it with a 15" Crescent wrench and give a couple whacks with a hammer and it loosened right up, no problem. Easier than my Rangers fan clutch. Great thx. I went out and bought a new water pump, not a rebuilt or reman. I'm planning on putting it in tomorrow, hopefully before it starts snowing. Is there a special tool for the clutch fan? Looks like left hand threads, which is easy enough.- Diggerauditor

Here's my issue guys, had heat at the beginning of the winter season. Noticed I was losing a little coolant over time, no big deal. Wife comes in one day and says there is no heat. 01 Exp Rubber Vaccum Manifold Question
Well I went down to the local junkyard and found one similar, it had the big end and 1 hose fitting so I tee'd it. Worked fine. Also took care of the 0171 and 0174 codes it was popping. CEL is now off and no codes have popped for over a week, awesome!!!- Diggerauditor

I was replacing some degraded hoses on my 5.4 this weekend when I ran across this rubber vacuum manifold that attaches to the throttle body and branches off into 3 separate vacuum signals, it is cracked in half. I can't seem to find a part number for a new one so I have it jury...- Diggerauditor

I was checking for vac leaks tonight and when I was spraying choke cleaner on this hose, it started flaking off. I put my hand on it and all of the outer rubber casing flaked off in my hand.
