    To me it sounds like you have a loose hot wire some where.. Chasing it down is the problem. The only thing that comes to mind is next time something isnt working start pulling fuses. For instance... next time the turn signal is messing up. Pull a fuse and see if it works. If not put the fuse...

    1. Yes that sounds right .. probably when hot 2. Could be a dirty wheel speed sensor 3. tune-up needed 4. with your foot on the brake does it have a big clunk going from D to R?

    Your pump could be slowly going south on you. As monsta stated, hit all the inexpensive maintenece first. edit... Do you have LLS on yours?

    Hmm.. well from what you mentioned it sounds more like an emmisions problem. In other words you may have a CAT starting to clog or something restricting exiting airflow. However I would think that would throw up an EGR code. What was the code when the CEL came on? It seems you have covered...

    Another solution would be just to tie it into a switched power source. Also.. you could find out what the amp draw is on it and then install an inline fuse such as a 0.5 or 1amp. If the switch then shorted it would blow the fuse instead of your expy. I wonder how much time and money will be...

    Poor gas mileage in my EB Expedition ...

    I would go through and give a good tune-up. Plugs, filters, ect ect... On the window I would imagine you have a bad plug connection in the door or a faulty switch. Those are the two things that could be heat to cold related. Also, it may not be the heat as much as the humidity.

    which wax do you use?

    Ive used the Mcguiars 3 step aswell on my other cars.. It does do wonders but jeeze plan on a whole day to get the job done right. It is a bangup product though. Ive also heard good things about Zymol.

    Hey fellas! Just wanted to introduce myself and my ride. I Just aquired an 02 EB 5.4 4wd with 35k on it for $20,000. Its in good condition so I hope thats a good price. Glad to be here! So is there anything I should watch for on the 02? -- Eric
