    Liftgate compatibility - Will 2003 fit 2007?

I have the paint flaking/ bumbling on my 07 liftgate, but I found a black 2003 expediton at my local pick and pull with a perfect black liftgate with no signs of paint issues. I have to confirm the paint codes, but they look the same.

    2007 Expedition, Engine Vibration

Update... Got the truck back today and it drives better than when i bought it. (bought with 50k miles) This ford dealer certainly went above and beyond any dealership i have ever worked with. They even fully detailed the truck, including fixing some scratches and scrapes it had. Truck has 105k...

    2007 Expedition, Engine Vibration

Update on vibration... Took it to my local Ford dealer and they had it for a couple weeks. I took an initial rid with the tech to point out the issues. After a physical inspection they used some sort of vibration diagnosis device and identified the torque convert as the main culprit. The...

    2007 Expedition, Engine Vibration

Thanks for the replies. I did thoroughly check all driveline components, tires, and wheel bearings. Nothing has stood out. I didnt see any leaks coming from the engine mounts. (they are hydraulic, correct?) Im taking it into the dealer this week. I still 2.5 months left on my extended...

    2007 Expedition, Engine Vibration

Truck has a strong vibration throughout the body. Can be felt lightly at idle, but no needle movement (idles at 500 in drive, 750 in Park). At 80MPH, it is so bad the truck feels squirrelly. No Engine Codes. Truck pulls hard and doesn't have any obvious misses or hesitation. Maintenance done...

Make sure the fuses and relay are in place under the hood. Mine has the 4 and 7 pin connector, but the charging relay and fuses were not installed.

2007 Expy Died on road and won't start or even turnover

Scan for codes? I am assuming you have a check engine light? Scan it and post your findings. We would just be guessing without some solid info.

    Suggestions for lowering a 4wd 2007 Expedition

Bagging is always an option... ...but I need the reliability of springs/ shocks. I use it for towing my travel trailer and also cars to the track. My other cars drag on the ground, just want this one to sit a little lower. Most likely I am going to settle for 2".

Review: Powerstop Brake kit for 2007 Expedition

The truck needed new brakes, so I went with the full Powerstop kit. Received 2 boxes containing front/ rear rotors, ceramic pads, ceramic grease, slider bellows and caps. Install took a couple hours, no major hurdles. Break in period took about an hour of easy driving. Brakes were spongy...

2007 Expedition... Aftermarket HU install problem

Wish I caught this earlier. I installed a similar pioneer radio and came across the same issue. You didnt need the special module to power up an aftermarket radio. The aftermarket harness adapters dont match up perfectly. You simply needed to run a power line from the fusebox to the...

    Suggestions for lowering a 4wd 2007 Expedition

Ive searched extensively and I have not found a definitive solution. I have a 4wd 2007, non-air ride. I am looking for a complete lowering package (struts, springs, and any other hardware required). something in the 3-4" range that will also level out the front/ rear heights. Something of...
