    Replaced the blower speed controller. It's nice having control of the air flow again.

    Just changed the plugs. I'm very happy none broke, although I'm keeping the lisle tool.

    Update as promised. Just changed the plugs at 90500. Stutter at cruising speeds went away. Used a makita cordless impact driver and 0 broke. I did have to break 7 of them free 1/4 turn with a ratchet but used the impact before and after.

    Ease up dude, he didn't say anything to deserve that reaction. The only answers are new, custom, used or DIY. You said no to new or custom, you already said junkyards won't sell it because of the work. Either DIY or ask the junk yard if you can do the work. Is it worth it to drive farther...

    Bought the spark plugs, lisle tool was delivered yesterday. Will replace them on Friday.

    Oh, I bought it almost 2 years ago, don't know how old the plugs are. It's ran perfect until this stutter.

    No, dealer told me there was misfire, I havent seen a cel. I also get the stutter when accelerating after hanging around 40+, idle is fine.

    Does the cop boot come with the coils?

    I'm just over 90K with some misfires so I was going to replace all the plugs and coils. If they don't come with boots I was going to get them as well, just for fun.

    The 2008 spark plugs strike again

    I have an 07, dealer told me today there was a PCM upgrade. I didn't do it, I wanted to look it up first. Of course they didn't say what version I was on or what the new one was.

    I bought my 07 EL a year and a half ago. It's time to do some maintenance so I'm here to look around.
