Are you buy chance running a Chinabay cold air intake? Some of the cheaper so called cold air intakes can actually cause the motor to run " Lean " but this is mainly at WOT. I also ask because you stated that you have a code for high intake air temp, which that sensor is located on the intake...
I just got back from a 400 mile trip to Nuevo Casas Grandes Chihuahua, Mexico. Our average speed for the trip ( Highway ) was 75 MPH ( Not KMH ) and we averaged 21.4 MPG ( Hand Calculated ) for the trip ( Highway and city driving ) the overhead display and the Edge both read an average of 21.9...
I just had an issue with this last December, actually it was Christmas Eve and I went to leave my sister in laws house and did not realize that the drivers window was frozen shut. You can imagine what happens next a few curse words and some time in the freezing cold tearing apart the door to...
In order to swap in the rear axle from a newer expy you would need a lot of fab work since he has a '02 with a solid rear axle and in '03 they went to the independent rear suspension. That and it would have to be '06 or newer because the TSB covers from '97-'05.
This may shed some light on your problem :

This pillar is actually pretty good, the only thing is it dosn't have the factory screw locations to hold it in place the grab bar screws are in the middle of a gauge.
All I did was run a single self tapping screw thru the top and it is hard to notice after painting the head to match...
Yes you can! The o2 is actually in the so called Y pipe ( more like a T pipe ). Here is how I did mine.
On the piece of straight pipe that you are going to use to replace the cat, I marked and drilled a hole in the pipe where the o2 sensor was located.
I then found that a Ford Spindle...
Agreed this stuff is awsome! I have used it many times and everyone is always impressed ( Just havn't had time to do the Expy yet ). I have never used it with a "buffer" but have found that a corded varible speed drill with a "foam" buffing pad works wonders.
I have also found that it is...
In regards to tint numbers the % is the amount of light that will pass thru the tint.
Example: 20% tint means that 20% of the light will transmit thru the tint.
Also a key thing to remember is that alot of states have regulations on the reflectivity of the tint. Many of them do not allow...
A cheap dollar store spray bottle works really good for this as well, and agreed this is the best way to find any leaks. Don't forget to spray the bags as well to see if they are cracked or have started to dry rot.

I have an '02 EB 2WD with the rear air and still have the factory air bags on mine. I think alot of the life expectancy depends on where you live, I live in the desert so that may help a bit. As for the sound of the compressor they sell a new " Bushing mount kit " for the compressor, and it...
That is the same set up that mine has and I have done the rear cat delete. Almost a year now and still NO CEL the only thing that the rear sensor does is make sure that the reading is different from the front.
So as long as you have at least one cat on each bank ( 1 Driver side and 1...
